
These two videos show a subject writing/sending an email and a Twitter message through brain activity using a NeuroSky Mindset brain-computer interface and a special text editor software with T9 suggestion.
This low cost solution can serve as a big help in communication for people who have severe movement disorders like Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Locked in Syndromes. This solution is not only affordable but as a plus the time taken to write an email seems to be less than with the P300 system by Intendix.
